Role of POWERbuilder and insurance information

POWERbuilder is a sales partner and intermediary, not a manufacturer, insurer, risk carrier or EPC contractor. Products and insurance services are provided by the responsible providers under their own contracts. For the product EVC Cover, POWERbuilder is its customers’ partner and first point of contact: in cooperation with ERGO Versicherung AG, POWERbuilder registers the insured installations with ERGO and coordinates claims. The insurer is ERGO Versicherung AG, which decides on cover and claims. The agreed insurance conditions apply. No insurance contract is concluded through this website. POWERbuilder does not claim a permission under Section 34d GewO.
